OSHA CERTIFICATION
CLEAN MVR REPORT 3 YEARS
LONG / SHORT MEDICAL FORM
OCCUPATIONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
NEG DRUG TEST, PROOF WITHIN 6 MONTHS


RUNS WILL VARY... upon the sign on times, avail now are 450 mile runs. coming up are 220 mile runs , all located in Texas & Oklahoma areas.
