Driver Unemployed Right Now Looking For Trucking Job

I have worked for over 10 as an owner operator. I have a case pending right now in Atlanta, Ga. I have no convictions, felonies, or anything. I want to get back on the road to work for a company or to own my own truck. The problem is that when they do a background check, they see case pending. Is there any place that will hire me until this case is done?

Hey Mandel I'm from Nashville myself. The guy right no trucking company right now is not going to accept you. I do have a felony myself and it was hard for me to even get through the door.You might want to try a small company.

Most any company I've applied at all say you cannot have any pending court cases. Jimmy
