Does the disqualification rule apply if DUI was before the rule?

Does the two DUI lifetime disqualification rule apply if your DUIs were over 20 years apart. And you got the last one, before the rule went into effect.

Haven't heard of that rule except for some companies having that policy. There's some companies that hire with 2 or 3 DUI's in a lifetime. TranAm hires as long as you haven't had a DUI within the last 24 months.
