Crst I would give a 7 because of lousy fleet managers and the trainers they have.

Overall good company. a good fleet manager and co driver will make make you or break you

This is team only company have to work one year to become lease purchase or owner-op.

thats for solo drivers

CRST is a training company "If you can call it that". I came there with my CDL from a reputable school where I spent 3 months in training.Worked 6 months as Expedited driver then switched to Cat dedicated because the pay sucked.After doing 6 months with Cat ded. I quit because it paid shit!Went back like a fool and did lease/Purchase and trained students for a year,another joke!Only go there if you are desperate for a CDL,better off getting F.A.F.S.A grant and Pell grant and going to a qualified training school.They are bottom feeders like Swift and CR England!I drive local now for a company that appreciates their drivers and bring home 850 a week for 12 hours a day.More than you will ever make with CRST!

I just had crst send me to school, I had completly disclosed my felony....and then after getting my permitt they let me go because I hadnt been out 5 years! no bus ticket home, no nothing......crst can suck my........
