Class B Truck Driving Jobs

There are many Class B driving jobs. If you are driving a vehicle that is over 26,000 gross vehicle weight single or the same vehicle towing another vehicle not more than 10,000. If the vehicle you tow is over 10,000 you will need a Class A. If the vehicle has air brakes, you must take the Air brake test.

  • Box Trucks
  • Refer Boxes
  • Straight trucks
  • Buses
  • Tow truck 10,000 lbs or less Gross Vehicle Weight

Note:  Class B is not really a stepping stone for getting your Class A.  If you want Class A, go and get Class A.

  • Hot Shot Drivers
  • Expedited Freight Haulers
  • Furniture Delivery
  • Specialized Deliveries
  • Moving Vans
  • Straight Trucks - refrigerated, flatbed and dry box

There are some Class B driving jobs though that pay very well have good benefits. These tend to be your expedited freight haulers. As you can see there is a variety of employers who need Class B drivers. You just have to search and compare the driving jobs that are available to each other.
