Advice about getting pregnant

My fiancé is an OTR driver we're trying to get conceive we've been trying for 2 months now , he is only home 4 days out of a month , I'm used to that now . He recently changed his schedule to come home every weekend . Any advice on what I can take or what we can do to get pregnant faster , bc I really think the timing is the reason why we're not pregnant.
