Road Doll

Hello Drivers,

My name is Road Doll, I am new to the trucking industry, just less than a year...

I started out as a company driver then I switched over to Lease Operator, which is what I will be doing with Celadon starting next week.

I plan to learn as much as I can as a lease operator desiring to become O/O...

It has been an interesting ride so far and I believe it will only get better!!

Thanks for taking time out to let me introduce myself.

Be safe out there!!

Best of luck to u. I tried get on Celadon. Ppl Thatcher with me spent a week or more in a refresher course at there driving school called Quailty drivers so to prepare for the celadon road and backing test they give. If pass, go to orientation. If fail, they send u home. U got 3 tries on the 90 degree backing and 2 chances on the road test. On the road test are 2 school zones u ho through and one of the zones The school sign is hidden behind a Bush that u can't see until its too late. And always do 5 miles below the speed limit. For the test they use international prostate that won't crank or shift gears unless clutch is alway to the floor. Me and few others got let go a few months ago halfway through orientation from a excuse of our psp(csa) score were too high when in fact we had a clean background and of passed al tests and of answers on the orientation tests. There orientation is all on computer. Celadon owns several other companies including Eagle logistics, Osbourn Trucking, and sum others so u have a lot of other operators to compete against.
