Will a DAC report effect local employment?

Back in August 2011 I went to C.R. England to start as a company driver. I've had my CDL license since 2005.

I tested positive on a pre-employment test for marijuana and cr england tricked me into making a phone call to DOT.

I want to get a job in jersey city nj driving a garbage truck which would be a local county job,will this effect that job and also do i still have to go through that SAP program?

Sooo like I said your still blaming someone else for your mistake. Sack up burnout. I may be a what you called me which we don't really approve of that language here but guess what, my cdl is clear and I can get a job wherever I want.

Enjoy finding a job with your dirty u/a. Come back when you have a valid point instead of blaming others for your actions. Roll one up for me!

I didnt blame them for pissing dirty dickhead, I blamed them for @!#ing my license over pre employment when I wasnt even driving.

No one tricked you into anything. And yes it will follow you on your dac and on your background for any employment rather its cdl compliant or not.

Guess they tricked you to smoke weed and then tricked you into peeing in a cup too? Sorry too Hervy if you feel this is harsh but i've been a loyal patron of this website and i'm sick of hearing stuff like this.

YOU made the decision to smoke, YOU made the decision to pee dirty, and YOU made the call to dot if that is even true.

I personally don't have dot's number. Man up and quit blaming others for your obvious horrible decision
