Trust me my friend, I know the feeling.

I am laughing right now so I won't get irritated just thinking about a few unnecessary incidents of wasted time.

It seems that every now and then people at the companies do that because they can. (Kind of like abuse of authority).

In those strange cases a good attitude won't help you a whole lot but a bad one will definitely hurt you a lot.

Hard to be tactful, firm, composed, and cordial when your irritated, but it's something of high value.

That's pushing patience to the extreme. LOL
