What companies who train show women respect?

My neighbor took off for trucking school after loosing her job, she and her fiance will be driving as a team.

I've been wasting my time at college and seeing once I'm done, the field unemployment says will grow more than average, will be bombarded by others trying for the same positions.

My neighbor told me to get out and drive, that I won't regret it a bit. The kids are grown and gone and this is what I've always wanted to do, so I'm in the process of finding a decent company that also has driving school (I already have too many loans out for college).

If any of you women have gone through such a school and received respect, please let me know.

I have completed cdl training and testing at the end of the month. I have, close to 300 hours of training and I also have experience driving a 6 wheel Kenworth dump truck. Does anyone have suggestions? In Connecticut
