Looking for a job. After reading about the W.Sell company, I'll skip going to drive for them. I noticed their equipment is on the well used side, and not paying tolls. There is no reason to even knock on their door. Thanks.

Wayne E. Sells Trucking by: Randall R. Kniess
I had to check them out. Every other week I travel the PA Turnpike and I see an old trailer with the name on it. I was curious about company and now I know. Thanks for the info and no i'm not interested in driving for such a crummy company. It looks like the old trailer says a lot about about the owners. The company is a wreck!

I never got the ticket in my name by: Anonymous
The ticket was specifically written to Wayne Sell Corp-because the truck had been serviced 2 days before. Dot did not write the ticket to me, no points on my license, and no ticket to ME per say.
However, when Sell got the ticket, they in turn took it out of my check for 189.00. I went to the labor board, fought and won. But the point was, they are scrupulous, and do not care one iota about their employee's.

Interesting by: The Crazy Trucker
Thanks a lot for the heads up Keith,
Seems like that info might save some drivers a headache one day.
Hate you had to go through it.
I don't think you are supposed to be liable for that ticket. In any case, if you go to court with the receipt for having the brakes adjusted just days before they should drop the ticket. I wouldn't just pay it, I would go to court if it's not too much of a inconvenience for you.
Then again, if its not much money and no points on your license and is out of your way it may not be worth it to go. (which may very well be why they went ahead ad wrote the ticket.)
Often they will write tickets for things that is likely to be dismissed cause they know it is easier for us drivers to just pay it than contest it.
Thanks again for the input man. Later got to get ready for the road in the morning.
