I drove for jb hunt for 4 mos. did not like otr to much. After time off was told to come in and take a test on backing is it worth it. While taking the test i decided it was not worth it. I resigned on April 06 2005 turned in keys and cleaned out tractor. Over the next 4 days F/M kept calling me, i told him i quit 7th,8th,9th 10th day ask me to come in so when i was ready to drive again i would know how to do a successful log book which i needed help. I was already late from picking up my kid from school he had got hit by a car a few months earlier and had to be picked up on time. After over 2 hours of time at jb hunt when all was finished safety guy said oh you got to take a random drug test which i informed while i could not take it at that time. Only thing on my dac no tickets no accidents no felonies.

What happened to the emergency of family there was no drug test taken company tried to say i was terminated on April 10th 2005.
