I'm looking for a Class A trucking job, in the state of Georgia. Local or dedicated, home daily Mon.thru Fri pay minimum $900.00 per week. I have previously 8 years of experience, but haven't driven since April of 2010. Tanker/Doubles, Triples endorsements. No hazmat, but can get it if needed. Current CDL License, Clean 7yr MVR, NEW DOT PHYSICAL, expiration 2017. NO accidents or moving violations during my 8 years on the road. Veteran, USMC, Honorable Discharge. Thanks.

Still Looking NEW
by: Anonymous

Thanks for the advice and the comments. It's definitely hard out here. I'm standing here with all this experience and I'm still no better than a rookie fresh out of school. Actually, I'm worse, cause they just finished training, but I haven't been on the road in 5 years. If I let it get to me, I'm done. Just gotta keep my head up and keep moving. I know God is watching, so I'm not TOO worried.
Thanks again.

Best of luck NEW

Best of luck on finding. A lot of companies not going to touch u until u get recent verifiable experience back under ur belt. And a lot of them going to tell u have to go do a refresher course and get some recent experience of a 6 months or more before they will take u due to their drivers insurance...been there, done that. And im about to go through it again since been out over a year and 3 months abd only one that will let me through so to go through their refresher program is either PTL inc or Western Express(last drove for them before i left). A lot of companies are choosey on who they take based on who u last drove for or based on they won't hire due to the safety record of the last company drove for and they don't won't to make their record go down.
