Give western express inc in Nashville, TN a call or of PTL inc in Murray KY. Both of offer refresher course but must commit to 9 months to a year so it be free. Ptl inc does dry van. Western Express does flatbed and dry van. I used to drove for western for awhile and there pretty good on things. and Alot of companies wont take unless go back thru a 4 week driving school that u would have to pay urself.
