Tennessee axle vs weight fine

My husband got a fine for having to much space between his axles but if he moved them his weight would be off is this really legal to fine?


Either way they would slap him with a fine.

Have went back to the shipper to have reloaded. Correctly it's a pain but different states have different laws for axle placement...

That means it was loaded incorrectly. Yes they could fine him. He might be able to slide the 5th wheel though.

Tell him, he has to watch some of those loaders.
