Bernard think creatively. How can you reach owner operators who might need a driver?

Also, is there small businesses or manufacturers in your area that are in growth stage?

Both of these might need a part time driver. How might you locate these establishments.

Well, for sure you want to talk to everyone that you know. Inform them of your search for a part time driving position and ask them to keep their eyes open for you.

Another tip as described here "locating a small or medium trucking company job" visit your local independent diesel mechanics and ask if they know any owner operators with more than one truck. Go with your resume. Leave it in the waiting areas or service desk.

If you hit it off with the manager or mechanic operator, ask to leave a copy at the counter.
