I had the same seniral . Don't ask don't tell. Put the last thing in the state u live in . I had a DUI 16 years ago and it never showed up along with other things

i wouldn't recommend telling any thing that would jeopardize the job unless it was asked or you know they're gonna research and find the info however i would recommend being honest good luck God bless
