(SALT LAKE UTAH)

well i have been looking for over a year now and keep getting the same bull#*#* stories from companies about the mother f---- insurances companies that you need two to three years previous prior experience or that because my last felony i got is not old enough for there company to hire me because of a safety factor in which i believe this is bullpucky for i have a very clean driving record i passed the background check to get my hazmat endorsement from homeland transportation security so i believe that we need to get a petition started against these insurance companies and also the trucking companies who are keeping people like myself and others who are sincere about how they have changed there life around and need a new start in life to be apart of the productive citizen of this country and this would fill many truck driving jobs

Equal employment opportunity not for us ex-felons? NEW
by: Anthony

I feel your struggle...seems like we don't deserve the opportunity to work in this industry although we have proven that we can be reliable and successful in this industry based upon the measures we've taken to even drive a commercial vehicle. Now all we need is that one opportunity to succeed. Will any company give it to us? You would think that C.R. England would be the first carrier to step up to the plate based upon the BS they offer for pay and all the drivers they've messed around. I don't know...they say there are companies that will hire...so far I haven't found one.
