What do you mean mam? Truckers are truckers-not men and women truckers. Don't go out on the road with that idea, it will only lead to problems. If you are a woman trucker, consider yourself in the same league with everyone else, not better, not inferior. Trucking is a place where we are one, and no-one will look after you on the road but other truckers (so to say), not your dispatcher, not your family, not the police, not shippers and recievers, and not anyone else-just other truckers. What I mean is, be part of the group. After your family, the only people who would care about you are other truckers. I hope this helps.

Just join a drving school like all the men drivers and you will soon see that just because you are a woman, it will not matter to them and they will accept you as one of them.
