The corporates have created unrealistic requirements to control who they want to deem eligible or ineligible therefor discriminating against the very much qualified driver by denying them employment. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION! The rookie that bought his license does not have any experience to compare to a veteran driver like you, if I had to choose between a school rookie and you, the rookie would be running local for at least a year and you would be OTR. Just goes to prove there are people in places of power that make unwise decisions by placing rookies in positions that should be filled by drivers with more experience.
