PTG is a small company out of Cincinnati.We only have about 120 trucks or so.

I have been there for 1 year and 3 months now and absolutely love it.To me its the ultimate truck driving job.Great people with a very family friendly atmosphere.

PTG runs strictly dedicated freight.I personally deliver Jeld Wen doors to Home Depot.I am home every other day and weekends.

For 2008 I ended up making $57,000!Great money for the large amount of home time I receive.I average about 2700 miles for 4-5 days of work,plus stop pay of $15.Average about 12-16 stops a week.You can do the math :) Heck that's as many if not more miles than a lot of OTR guys/gals average.

Benefits are good,Etna health insurance,company pays half,dental vision and life,all those goodies.Vacation is 2 weeks after one year and another week for every year after maxing out at 5 weeks.

Our equipment is all Kenworths,very well kept.If there is ever a problem its fixed immediately.

As for the office staff.Well I personally only have 3 people in the office I work out of.1 is a former trucker,one has many years of experience in trucking and the other is a very very cute blond!

Anyways to sum it up,I LOVE PTG and will be heart broken if my employment with them ever comes to an end.I can easily work the rest of my driving career for them.
