Companies that will hire w/ criminal charges NEW

It all depends on the charge and how old it is. Half the companies will not hire anyone with a felony. Most of the other half want the felonies to be 10+ years old if drug or violent related, 5yo if DUI, reckless driving charges 3+yo, suspensions 3+yo. May Trucking and USXpress have hired people with simple possession marijuana misdemeanors only a few years old. But drug felonies typically really need to be 10+yo. Otherwise, call each company and tell them the date and charge and don't give up, there are so many companies to call, just keep on calling. Most will say no but you only need to find one or two of them !
