Owner Operators in North Dakota and Oklahoma

I have Owner Operators in North Dakota, Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, Wyoming and recently New Mexico. They are unhappy with their current middle person. One owns seven trucks and trailers in North Dakota. Another owns ten or so, anther just one. There are more though.

They are the Owner Operators that want to change as soon as possible. Two of the others that would switch as soon as they saw change haul over 300 loads per month @ 250 avg gallons. The company that they are currently hauling for which is a middle man, not a well, has recently stopped paying them for wait time over 60 minutes.
