My CDL was disqulified - no convictions

I refused a breathalyzer and my CDL was suspended but it was dismissed with no dui conviction. After 2.5 yrs will anyone hire me again?

I was working at the time but off duty. I had gone across the street, returned to the truck where an argument was in progress.

The cops came I was asked to breath - I refused because I was not driving. Received a DUI that was dismissed but will anyone ever hire me again?

Should I take a driving refresher course?

Any suggestions as to how I should find work again? I have no tickets or violations and a spotless record prior to this incident.

The automatic suspension was due to refusing the breath test.

cdl extends over to your regular off duty driving. In other words if you get a ticket while off duty it still counts as an infraction and points are added to your driving record which includes cdl.

In your case, if the DUI was dismissed why is your cdl/drivers license still suspended? if you don't have an answer for this question then you need a lawyer to help you out....

I know when a traffic case is dismissed normally an abstract from the court will help the DMV remove the charge off the driving record....you need a lawyer to help you figure this one out...
