medications allowed while driving trucks

My husband need to be on Zoloft and has a class A license. He took a job driving coal truck because he was tired of being over the road with a rig.

If his Dr prescribes him Zoloft or another antidepressant, will he be allowed to drive the truck?

I hope that someone knows. appreciate it.
