Ripping. U off for idle time and milage NEW
by: AnonymousDr

I worked for may trucking for over 2 yrs they rutted me of thru that time a couple thousand dollars thru that time . I quit them and it's been over a month now since I asked them for my money back . And no one returns my phone calls and keep on getting the run around. I went thru last winter with bunk heater down I ideled my truck so I wouldn't freeze they charged me . Then drove all summer in the heat advisory south and they charged me . I want what they owe me . They say they care about there drivers but they don't . I almost had heat stoke 2 time last summer they told me to keep running after I was vomiting for 2 days one time and a day the next and they wanted me to stay the bosses don't care . So watch out if you choose them all they are is a start out company and if you dodge a car and hit something to ovoid the accident the put it as a preventAble accident . Next time hit the car CYA cover your A-- So now let's see what DOT does about it

May Trucking not all they promise!!!
by: Anonymous

I was with May for 16 months. Started out in the dry goods division (11 western). Milage was ok to start but not great. Then they did not have freight to keep you busy. Transfered to the the reefer divison (said they had more freight) but still could not get the miles. They kept me on the east coast. If you didn't have a load on friday to keep you runing over the weekend, you sat until noon monday or later to get your next load. They seam like a good company to start with but watch out. They do not pay for miles driven but from city center to city center. Also they will not listen to the driver if he tells them that he has truck problems. They think that you don't know what you are talking about. They also list any accident you have as "preventable" even though it was not.
P.S. If you don't hit a object at a coustomer and they said you did keep it to your self. May will put it on your DAC report as a preventable accident. You can not tell them otherwise.

my husband has been working for may trucking for about 4 months now, they keep you busy!!!!. the staff that I have been around are very nice, you have the choice of working 11 states or all 48. you get paid once a week, and when you need home time you get it. But you have to remember it a tow way street, the dispaters work with u , u have the same ones all the time.

May Trucking is one of the worst!!
by: Barb

My husband is an owner operator for May Trucking. The office staff is horrible and they don't listen to the drivers. They treat their drivers like slaves. May's office staff from the driver managers to the human resources department is very bad. They turn all complaints around to put the blame anywhere else but themselves. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to drive for May Trucking.

One drivers feedback about May trucking
by: Anonymous

I talked to a driver that said he way happy with May trucking, that was before all the economy drama though.
