I drove back in the 80's and then I got into construction since then I ended up with two felony drug conviction the last one is two years old and I went into cdl school and got my cdl with the endorsements of X-Tanker and Hazmat T=-Double or Triple Trailer I have went to some company's and they told me that they wou8ld hire me but there INSURANCE COMPANY WILL NOT ALLOW IT

I here at crst expedited in cedar rapids,Iowa I already have my cdl permit I was about to start my testing next week and today they told me they are sending me home for my felony I had 6 years ago when I was so close to graduating next week I really need a truck driving job that will take me with my cdl permit I already have backind and driving experienceand the smith system experience I don't know what to do.

WE THE PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY WHO HAVE MADE MISTAKES SUCH AS BEING A DRUG ADDICT AND HAVE GOTTEN FELONY CONVICTION'S AND HAVE CHANGED THEIR LIFE'S AROUND, WE NEED TO GET A PETITION GOING SO THAT WE CAN TAKE THIS TO THE U S SENATE. IN HOPES THAT THE U S SENATE CAN STOP THIS FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY'S KEEPING US FROM EMPLOYMENT. SO IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO WRITE UP ONE LETS TRY AND GET THIS DOWN SO THAT WE MAY BE ABLE TO0 MAKE A LIVING.

I will let you know if I hear of anything on company's who will hire you with having a DUI felony I just wish that someone who knows how to write up a petition to go against these PATHETIC INSURANCE COMPANY'S about our past conviction's when we are clean and sober today heck I my self am willing to give UA'S for testing 7 day's a week I also would agree to pay up to $3,000 of my own earnings for two to three year's extra for high risk just to prove that I am sincere and I myself have turned around my life and being that the GOVERNMENT PARDON DRAFT DODGER'S WHY CAN'T THIS COUNTRY LET US HAVE A JOB DRIVING! TO ME THEY ARE NO BETTER THEN US.

man I am trying to be a trucker and I got my felony for drunk driving did it in 97 but got the felony november of 2001 and got off probation november 2004 and I was told that I can't be hired till november 2011 as it is 7 years from the time you got off probation. If anyone tells you differently I would love to know. Just holding out till then. Keep up the faith and the good fight bro

About my Comment looking for work

I see that I miss spelled A word I put an number in one of my words oh well also my last felony drug charge is 2 years and 4 months old. and if any one can figure out how we can stand up against these INSURANCE COMPANY'S keeping us who have felony drug charge's on our record and have changed yourself to better your life than we need to pull together and stand up against the BIG TIME INSURANCE COMPANY'S that are keeping us from making a living and being positive person in today's community I know that I will stay drug and alcohol free for the rest of my life on this EARTH for I have my grandson that is 4 year's old and want him to have something from me.
