Maybe these will cut some slack:
Butler Transport in Kansas City.
TransAm in Olathe.
Western Express in Nashville,TN
Abilene Motor Express in Richmond,VA(good outfit)
Titan Transfer in Shelbyville,TN

All these have hired drivers with long gaps in driving. Abilene hired a guy that had not driven in 10 years.
