The key word is Rider if you need a person at a rest area and you have sex with them with your curtains closed and no money was exchanged and it was just a quick hookup yes it's legal

If you hire a prostitute, it's illegal anywhere, period. If it's with your significant other half, or just a quick hook-up more than likely not illegal. If the person you're wanting to have sex with is an unauthorized passenger, the sex isn't illegal, but you may have problems with having an unauthorized passenger. You'll have to check with your company on their rider policy. And of course your partner must be of the age of consent. Keep your cab curtain closed.

Yes it is legal. It is not legal to pay for sex in your truck. Trucking companies have different rider policies about who can go with you on the road though. Check with the trucking company to learn of procedures for having a passenger.
