Insurance companies for drivers with accidents

My husband has an awesome boss, but he needs to find another insurance company to cover him so he can get back on the road!

Any suggestions for where we should go through? He has 2 incidents that no other vehicle was involved in.

If it's a small company, the boss may not be able to afford insurance for your husband.
Your husband may have to work for a larger company if he wants to continue driving.
