In Pennsylvania is there any regulation that says anything about having air conditioning in a tractor trailer?

The air conditioner in my husbands truck has been broken for a while. HE is the only truck without air conditioning and the owner refuses to fix it.

The temperature has been over 80 degrees outside and close to or over 100 degrees in the truck. Is there any PennDot or OSHA regulations or general regulations or statutes that regulate such a problem?

Looking into suing for endangerment, unable to sleep due to heat, heat exhaustion dehydration the list goes on. 99.9% ofthe time without air conditioning. Repaired once then failed again, did not offer to exchange vehicle or repair again.
