You are in a bind, if you let your company know they may stop you from driving as it is illegal to drive a CMV without your license on you.

If you are caught driving without it. 30 days automatic suspension.

Need to do as mentioned call the shipper, try to get a replacement ASAP.

Tell your dispatcher that you need to get routed home

What I would do is get routed to the house as soon as possible to get a duplicate driver's license.

Of course, I would call the shipper as well to see if someone turned the driver's license in too. I did that once in Chicago. Left it at the shipper. The were so cool they actually mailed it to my house. Was waiting for me when I got there.
