I have decided to become on O/O and I need to know from here what to do?

I need to know when I should get an LLC? When should I get all the permits? Pretty much the steps I need to take and whom to contact to get everything? Will the company I lease to help me with all these?

With all due respect; If you have not already done your homework on this issue, then you may want to rethink going O/O. Becoming an Owner Operator is one of the most life changing decisions you will ever make. As far as your questions, they can only be answered by you.

All these questions will depend on what type of operation you plan to run. Please DO NOT jump in on the blind side. Take your time do the research. do not rely on a company to do everything for you.

Also; if you have a family to support, you better have a lot of money set aside, because you are going to need it. We'll be praying for you.
