i have a heart device/pacemaker/dephribulater,can i still get a cdl liscence

I am on disability at the moment i have congestive heart failure and related health issues..

I am about to have weight loss surgery and most my troubles will be cured,but the heart device will still be on me...is it possible for me to obtain a cdl license even with device...if so will anybody hire me???
