i got my points 2 years ago can tvc get them off now so i can go back to work

i got a ticket for running a red light. i payed it i got four points. i got a ticket for driving unknowingly on suspended license for not paying my red light ticket on time. can tvc get the points off now after 2 years and maybe the careless off also.

I live in the state of Florida. i have a trucking company that will work with me on the careless if i can get the points off.
