how long do accidents stay on your dac if you haven't driven for over 3 years

I haven't driven for over 3 years and I had 3 non dot reportable accidents on my dac report. Will that still be on my dac after 3 years

Anything that is on your dac will stay there for ten years. If there is anything on your dac that you feel should not be there then you can challenge it, if the reporting party can not prove what they have posted then it must be removed.I hope this helps.
