After 30 yrs. of marriage it must be really hard to deal with what you must be going through. I hope that you have good family and good friends close by. Marriage is a one way street, go down it or stop and find a place to turn around.

Oh yeah and get a dog,really if you don't have one go to your local shelter and rescue one. They can work wonders on you spirit!!
