Hard to handle but we are doing it

I'ts very hard sometimes. We have no children. But the time passes so much when he is not home. He's been lucky to have jobs where he was home more. But that has changed.

We thought being O/O would be the way to go. But the truck broke down. And of course we owed more on the repair then the loan. So now he is with a great company, but he is out 15 days at a time.

We started our relationship out like this, but I will say it sucks not to kiss him each night. We talk from dawn to dusk. Hours on end. Even we have nothing to say, we stay on the phone when we can.

We belong together so I guess that's how we do it. Truck drivers are not given enough credit. Just remember without them you wouldn't be able to live your life.

They bring you everything.....

My advice to you is that you join your truckdriver husband on the road since you do not have any children to take care of! If you have a job where you live that is neccesary for ya'll to make it, then that's one thing. I know if I didn't have any kids at home still, I'd be on the truck with my husband!!
