Got a fmfr ticket who is resonsible

im driving for a owner operator and was pulled over with the owner of the truck there and got a fmfr ticket cause i couldnt show the proof of the insurance and for not having proof of registration or a up to date inspection who is responsible for these tickets if the owner of the truck was there with me..
