Forced to sleep in a nasty truck with 500k miles they sent me to recover

I recently went to work for a major company. They didn't have any trucks available when orientation finished. They sent me 1200 miles away to recover an abandoned truck at a repair shop.

It's been 4 days since I have picked up the truck. It doesn't have a trailer and they can't find me one, so here I sit and sleep in someone else's filth.

Is there any health laws that protect me in this situation?
