November, 1973 to August, 1982

Employed by owner/operator Mr. Ed MacIntyre (deceased), I was assigned a new Autocar 10-wheel constructor licensed dump truck that I adopted as my own. As such, during the time frame of 11/73-12/76, During this safe and incident free period I was responsible for delivering various types of building material both locally and state-wide until economics forced the sale of the business.

Starting in December, 1976, I began my own business, purchasing a 1976 Peterbilt tractor and "trip leasing" with various companies. My longest lasting association was with Concord Trucking, Kearney, N.J., shipping freight for Fashion Bug stores. These deliveries were to locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Mid-west, and South-East part of the country. I sold the business in August,1982.
