Power lines at dawn

Power lines at dawn

Driving truck down the same road I have driven for 15 years. Caught the power lines on corner of trailer. This pulled down a pole & interrupted service to entire neighborhood. I was billed almost $10,000. for repairs, by the power co. & rec'd a ticket for "Hitting a stationary object".

I know my truck did not grow, but was told the power lines were not sagging. No one could tell me what stationary object I hit. power lines are not stationary.

How do I fight this??

Taking Down a Power Line

Very unfortunate. I don't know what you should do except call a lawyer.

Best of luck. Let us know how it works out for you.

Thanks.
