17 years ago I was busted for possession of marijuana and petty theft can I find work as a truck driver?

When I was young and dumb I stole some lip balm from Fred Meyers and had marijuana on me. It was the dumbest thing I ever did.

So, now I have a couple misdemeanors on my record
and am a completely different. I am a good person today. Is it possible to become a truck driver with misdemeanors on my record that are more than 15 years old?
